Join me for a weekly walk session to learn how to use a great walk to achieve your fitness goals!
Wednesdays from September 15 to Oct 6 at 11:45 am to 12:45 pm - sessions will include a brief information sessions on topics such as measuring the success of your work-outs, proper posture and injury prevention.
